For the most part there is a lot of open communication about changes to come and what is happening.

Employees should be respected, appreciated and compensated

Being leaders instead of manipulators. Actually caring about their employees instead of worrying whether they are in compliance with the law or not. As long as they treat their employees like other top financial institutions is all they care about. Those institutions are also criminal.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the area I live in, the cost of living is significantly higher than the pay I make. Also, there is only one option for health insurance and it has a high deductible. I wish I had the option for a plan with just a co-pay.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are nice and aome of them are great to chat with. We all try to cover for eachother and make sure the work gets done.

There is a great camaraderie among my immediate team and an incredible amount of trust so we can be honest and open with each other, including with my manager.

The co workers are what makes it positive

The lower level management and employees are invilved in the resource groups and actually believe in the mission.
