Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid more for my time. I put in way more effort and time and still don't get a raise? It's almost comical. If you want people to stay at your company pay them better.

I hate this place but with COVID currently I can't afford to leave.

Having the company policies enforced by everyone no drug use or drinking alcohol while at work

So much. Extreme health code violations, extremely demeaning and disrespectful management team, extremely cheap... etc.
