What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately No collaborative and supportive efforts everyone seems to not really be on the same pagethoroughly looking into things are not to be expected to and is very disappointing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to get better at leading. My manager is massively inexperienced and has no confidence, making dispute resolution nearly impossible. They'd rather fire the new guy than deal with the problem employee.

Long hours for Retail front line workers and it seems every year the company takes away pay incentives and benefits. This last year was a record year for the company even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Staff was a minimum for less pay. Corporate leadership all got bonuses when retail lost benefits

Stop making it harder and harder to make money. They've reduced margins/ increased costs/taken away bonuses.

We are notified of changes within weeks of the change with no time to take advantage of the old rules. Lost carry over vacation time/floating holidays with no time to request to use them before they expire. Was told 6 months ago all hours would carry over... Change is the only constant.

there is no holiday pay, or overtime . as full time, you usually work 60+ hours WEEKLY at 15 an hour. You do make commission however that depends on your selling skills as well as location you're working

I like the independence on some products to negotiate the sales price to help the guest achieve the desired sleep solution. Often work alone so individuals can be responsible for their own success.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Authoritative, decisive leadership at the manager level... and at the regional manager level. Both are weak leaders who see no benefit in a well-trained workforce.

Understand the word diversity it doesn't mean flip the entire opposite direction. Fire a bunch of these people who've been here 10 years and it's the only job they've ever had and now their in charge. Power trips with no overt sight.
