They don’t do anything but protect themselves. The technology side oof the business has been shrinking, not growing. Everyone keeps their head down to survive. Slow business growth means little job growth, marginal raises, and yearly RIFs. It’s a toxic environment.

Is someone trainable, are they progressing? Assess really how long it takes to train someone. They fire quality people, keep the bad ones. Upper management whines and complains about their employees when things don't go right, when they are the problem. They don't see the whole picture.

For one the admin assistant hates the employees. She does nothing. Nothing gets restocked, she mocks the employees, when something runs out, then she might re-order if she's in the mood and happy. She loves to mistreat the employees, targets the new employees, makes problems up that don't exist.

McKesson doesn’t value technology. They bought a hodge lodge of healthcare tech companies because they had a footprint in the market and wanted to grow their astronomic drug profits, which don’t reflect any other Marketplace.
