Driving Employees and generating enthusiasm, giving credit where it's deserved, guiding and coaching employees. Build strong supportive relationships, teat everyone equally and fairly! Lack of strategic thinking and leadership development.

Accomplishing goals! Working hard and seeing the positive results.

Hybrid flexibility has reduced my stress level and has helped me be more intentional with my time so I can prioritize specific tasks (dual monitor in office vs 1 monitor at home), short vs long lead time projects, in person mtgs vs calls.
