Management team is completely disconnected with the people "on the ground". Everything is rosy when they present but the company and the people executing are struggling to keep up with the work and they do not feel that the management team is stepping in where needed.

Retaining top talent. There have been no merit increases or promotions for top talent for over 2 years. In addition to that lack of incentive, bonuses for top talent have been reduced by 30%. The top talent is vacating Medela at an accelerated rate. Promotions, Merit Increases, and Bonuses!!!!!!

I'm not sure HR understands my role fully (and updates to my job description/title seem to take way too long). With the trimming of staff and roles not being backfilled, workloads are at a max and responsibilities don't allow for you to be an expert or stay ahead of tasks and be more strategic.

Create a more harmonious work culture where people feel comfortable in contributing their ideas and there is not a sense of power or entitlement. Addressing toxic behaviour and stopping it right away!

Stop firing people and bring in more help! We need HELP. Establish processes that make sense. Retain your employees through better perks, bring back bonuses, offer free daycare (not the 10 days free crap), HONOR your agreements.

Too many priorites, too many meeting, too many reviews, too many power point slides, too many wait and see mentality leading to gaps and catch-ups when issues occurs.
