They came in to save the world and have either fired or pushed the existing team out without learning the whole manufacturing process and systems.

The company pays fair and there are a ton of extra perks many other places don't offer.

Higher wages and frequent bonuses

I was working salary 70 hours a week and it is expected, so it is barely minimum wage. No thank you's, nothing. Though my paycheck says 40 hours. Either make the hours go down or pay me for it.
