What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! Communication AND MICRO MANAGING is a big thing. Switching up schedules. They can't even keep nobody from how terrible it is

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K allows me to save for my future. So that o can hopefully retire and live a comfortable life after retirement.

We are like family. We get along very well. Laugh, pick, and joke around. And we work together and help each other which helps us to be more productive.

The people, always smiling and appearing happy

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication better pay and upper management should really be investigated. Get threaten to get wrote up for attitude and upper man doesn't like to hear concerns or hear negative feedback about what they doing wrong or should fix
