What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid compensation. 100% 401K match on 5% of income. Maternal and Paternal leave. All the other basics health, vision, life covered at par with other major companies.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we work hard and value colleagues that care about what they do. You have to remain flexible as things change in our environment. We try things that fail sometimes, but we keep trying things. This is not a place to just go on autopilot, sometimes that's great sometimes its stressful.
