What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fringe benefits are nice and easy. They give cell phone, commuting, and now working remote in covid-19 stipends and just automatically give you them. The stock options are always a good motivation to work harder for the company.

The benefits package is better than any I have had in the past, particularly the health care offering. It covers a lot & the portion I am responsible for paying is more than fair.

My team at large offers a wide variety of experience & backgrounds. It makes work collaboration enjoyable & effective, but personal interactions a lot of fun, too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is open and accepting to everyone. Even though the company is small they try to put together groups and channels for a variety of interests like niche beers, board gaming, or dogs. Employees are able to engage with each other about things they like in a positive environment

What did you like most about the interview process?
The love of the company and culture came through in the interviewers. You can tell that the interviewers like the company and are just looking for smart people with a new perspective to join the company. It felt genuine and honest.
