What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the employees. Be an advocate for them. Delegating tasks to your subordinates is fine. But simultaneously there concerns should be heard and managers should speak to their subordinates on regular basis to see if they have any concerns.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance Coverage especially Parents being included in OPD Insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation could be better, especially for people working from overseas (e.g, Pakistan)

The annual raise I got after having worked for over 16 months is a well below industry standards. When I reasoned it with management they could not provide any reasonable answers for it. As far as I know I have always met the tight time lines for the projects/tasks I'm assigned so far at Motive.

My pay is below 1 standard deviation of the market average, even after considering unique characteristics including my work experience. I do not feel correctly valued based on my contributions to my team. HR incorrectly placed me in a low job title and pay grade when they assessed me.

Compensate better by giving more benefits. The inflation rate is high as ever. Adjust our pays accordingly so that we can keep up with this change in economy. Advocate for the employees, listen to their concerns rather than overlooking them.
