What do you like best about the leadership team?

Fair company that is slowly increasing its Canadian presence. Benefits are slow to increase but they are working on it. They do allow hospitals to run as they were before acquisition.

There is no support from upper management. No ability for the team on the floor working everyday to move forward with improved client and patient care, supporting technical staff and unhealthy doctor schedules.

There are no staff meetings. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the work situation so that each employee knows exactly what their role is and also is not.

Hiring incompetent technical staff and offering little to zero training. Training programs and hired cvt should be required for all hospitals.
