What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe our leadership team is genuine and has the best interests of the company and employees in mind when making decisions.

I have worked in many fields, but I believe that Nevro's leadership team really does care about the employees, as well as the customers. I have great pride in working here.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the whole package. Nevro has gone out of their way in this arena, from no out of pocket payroll deduct for healthcare/dental/vision. 401K matching, ESPP, stock, extra "Nevro" holidays, great PTO, even option to buy pet insurance. I know there are other things, but may be ones I don't utilize.

There is no "best part" to the compensation package, it's taken as a whole and is quite generous including many holidays, 401k matching, ESPP, bonus, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very inclusive, making sure that everyone is heard and participating. Also, they're smart and lots of fun. I have the best team :)

A lot of fun. Days fly by, crazy busy. I know net/net my contributions are appreciated
