What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hope will get the great guidance and opportunity to learn lot of new things as it is too early for me to comment on this as i have joined couple of days back

I think they have great ideas about what our company should be striving for and plans to get there. But I don't think they are tuned in to what is going on "in the trenches". Evolving is great but it can't just be with tools or management - we need change in processes at the lowest levels up.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think they need to boost the employees morale and this is not joke a lot of us are resigning. They need to encourage work harder so that company will not get loss in this journey. I hope the leadership understand also that were having not enough employee to be specific Web Designer in our Dept EIG

What is the best part about your compensation package?
there is no component is holding as variable pay

I have done best last year but got less, conveyed same to manager,ATG told Newfold manager has to do ,Newfold told you need to spoke ATG manager,and finally ATG told almost time gone do Bett for next year,seems miscommunication between

I think its very unfair for me as a PPFF team the other team get a higher bonus unlike us I got fixed bonuses

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think the CEO is very positive and love her for that. And I love the flexibility of working from home. Day to day, this is a very difficult job - not b/c of the difficulty of the work but the pace and frequent changing of priorities. Very reactive, not proactive

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- Development is done quick & dirty which means lots of Support - The Support needs are not planned for, well understood or communicated - Development resources work on both Development and Support - Support needs are dynamic and this is disruptive to Develpment - old processes can't keep up

I think we need to have a hybrid set up where in the employee can have a chance to spend time with their love once at home and less hassle to commute going to work especially traffic is getting worst each day

Do better with showing how valued the employee is. All these townhalls and everything is only about the customer experience. Why is there nothing to improve morale? I think the leaders of this Org should be asking "what can we do to give back?", "How can we make people feel heard?"
