Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was VERY skeptical during orientation. It didn't take long to realize the changes needed for the nursing field and communities. I've had ups and downs at Nightingale, as with any company. But I've never worked in a place where I can call or message someone after hours and get a response.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate that everyone is willing to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility of working from home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Don't know, my wife works for the government and it's what we use.

We're able to talk outside of work. Friendships are so easy to be formed!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm a one thousand percent able to email or contact them with opinions and I will be responded to.

No matter your role, I appreciate that our leadership team actively listens to any ideas, suggestions or concerns we might have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Options. I'm happy to work from home. I can take my kids to daycare and pick my daughter up from school. My wife works in public school so her ability to leave is limited.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has a voice. I know that seems like a quote - anyone at anytime can voice an opinion. I use to be afraid to say things at my previous employment - I can fully say what I think here.
