The pay and the holidays.

We all became friends basically instantly. It was great.

They actually care about people and helping the underserved.

No shame or judgement from anyone. We are all just immediate friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their accessibility. I don't feel intimidated to ask them a question based on my level of work.

Interacting with my coworkers since I work from home and don't get to see them very often.

I feel like we make a difference in the world. We positively work on DEI and influencing positive health outcomes.

Their accessibility and approachability. I feel that if I had a problem, I could take it to them, assuming I have gone through the right channels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that if you take a whole week off, that you are granted another day off to recharge, but wish that didnt take a year to kick in.
