More transparency about what goes into it and more about how our raises work.

I liked that they asked me questions to get to know me and not just my expertise for the job I was applying for.

Our leadership is transparent and works extremely hard to push us to be the best we can be both in and outside of our roles.

I love what I do because I am passionate about communications, media and working with others. These things tied into our company's values create for the perfect job.
