The best thing about my team is how well we all communicate and collaborate. We genuinely enjoy working together.

The majority of the leadership team lives our values and really seems to care about the people and our mission.

Raises given to other functions to "bring them up to market" and little left over to reward/compensate others who are doing a great job.
