Overall my experience has been filled with support from select leaders and collaborators. Other leaders are not supportive in anyway. It is a balancing act.

Many of them are very reachable and responsive.

To be able to profess knowledge with my learners.

We are collaborative and support each other without personal agendas.

Being able to help the learners (students) reach their academic goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at the workload and in comparison with other college based on pay grade they do not match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other collaborators are amazing to collaborate with. The caring and support we receive with each other is amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can communicate with the leadership or middle management (the directors) without having to go through my direct manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas and take you seriously when I make suggestions. A great and motivating group of people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The only negative is when one of the directors gets grumpy during an interview he lets you know it. Just an odd sensation. Otherwise the interview process was overwhelmingly positive.
