What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is top notch and absolutely amazing! They are kind, skilled, supportive, collaborative, and always pull together to accomplish things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came on making far less than other instructors, based on who hired me at the time, and when raises were given this has never been corrected to ensure I was being paid based on my experience, time with the college, and the current job market.
