Aside from the 401k and insurance plans, the Wellevate program and pet insurance is so helpful to work towards better health for employees and their beloved pets also!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Evolvitude - it isn't just words, it is fully practiced by many employees which makes for a happier environment as we evolve and grow together to successfully meet our goals together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my colleagues, who I know I can always depend on for support when needed. Additionally, the understanding that we are making a difference in the world, one nursing learner at a time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a strong team attitude (aka Evolvitude) and we are all supportive of each other's success and willing to help a co-worker if the need is ever there with no complaints. We can always count on each other!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping nursing students! We each play a small role in a much bigger picture with the end goal being to help learners make a career pathway in their chosen healthcare field of practice. Literally helping make the world a better place!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The compassion for employees is stellar! I love that they listen to staff and are transparent about the college and goals as we grow and progress towards continued success. This is a rare and wonderful company to work for by todays standards.
