Overall it has been a positive experience. I would like to stay as long as possible but one thing that is always a concern since the start of my employment I worry my function is going to change or I am going to be required to travel each semester The college frequently changes function requirements

Being able to work remote and have a flexible schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us work well together and willing to help each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is great for a remote job and pays me for my higher level of degree.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team, faculty managers and senior leader for my specific function works really hard to advocate for not just the learners but for us as faculty. They are the most organized, transparent, and hard working team.
