Overall I love this company and love working here. With all the changes come challenges that are sometimes seen as unfair to collaborators, which is hard to stand behind. But overall, it's still a great place to work and we always work through struggles together and make it to the other side.

My team is supportive and always trying to see the upside of things, even in difficult situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the culture of supporting one another and striving for work/life balance. It's the having work/life balance that is hard sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation seems random and the explanation given still does not make sense of it. I feel like we are seen as replaceable, yet know the value I bring to my role and replacement would be felt by the entire team.
