They listen and follow through. They are very aware of their Johari window and are humble

We can be ourselves around each other. Make mistakes, and help each other grow and learn

I got lucky to have been put on a great team. Please don't break us up again. They are my solace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To see executive management take action and not just let us vent out steam to deflate till it builds back up later after not doing anything to address the problem
