I've been with nightingale for over two years. I have switched roles twice now. Each time came with a promotion. I work and go to school full time and Nightingale is very accommodating. I've referred two collaborators. It's a wonderful place to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I carry a large workload of my team. I also make a conscious effort to make sure everyone is taken care of. High performer level compensation for my role, accounting for experience in the field, would be great for compensation. Im also graduating soon and hope Nightingale recognizes that
