It truly is one of the best places I have ever worked. I am in the second half of my career years and have a tremendous amount of experience with other companies and feel like this is truly a great place to work and make a difference in people's lives.

Every employee is as important as anyone else. They try to bring out the best in everyone every day.

It is fair based on market evaluation and is constantly looked at to make sure it is the best available for each employee.

Contributing to the community in a profession that truly matters. Human beings' health and happiness is directly affected by what I do, so that motivates and makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is expected to work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. We do that while remembering that everyone is human and is also treated in a manner that respects that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the menu of offerings. There is everything from the general health insurance to wellness programs and identity protection. So many things to help us live more stress free lives.

They are interested in both the success of the company and the health and wellbeing of the employees. They expect all team members whether executive level or not to live up to the values of the company.

Nightingale's executive team lives the values that are clearly outlined in our mission, vision and values statements and hold all accountable to doing the same. They are also very passionate about positively impacting healthcare through nursing at all levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all experienced in our field and what we don't know we can feel free and confident in going to our teammates and asking for assistance. All members are very professional and willing to do what is necessary for the whole team to be successful.
