As with any company, there is good and bad. The people that I'm fortunate enough to work with are what keep me coming back on the bad days. For the most part, I trust in our executive team, though their are a couple people on EC who I question their integrity and belief in our company values.

Our values. We have a shared language which allows us to communicate openly and effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency with the rest of the company. Mikhail has never shied away from telling us when things are good or bad.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all genuinely amazing human beings. Even though we live all across the country, I feel like I have made lifelong friends with the people I work with.
