Nightingale is a good company to work for, the pay is fair and the benefits are good. The company (and learner services functions) could certainly benefit from more streamlined processes. I feel that we are less efficient in the last few years due to growing pains.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency, and the individual effort to grow. Many of those in the executive leadership team are incredibly passionate about the College's mission and values, and it shows.
