I really feel appreciated as an employee. I also love how mental and physical wellness is valued here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The admissions team is fantastic. Our team is full of outgoing people with wonderful ideas, and everyone is so helpful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fellow collaborators in my function need to be more accountable for their actions and learn to use provided resources more often.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive leaders listen to us, and I do feel like they try to implement the changes we suggest. Our function leadership team is ok.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nightingale is one of the best organizations I have ever worked for. I appreciate that I feel valued and that we focus on physical and mental well-being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my function they don't take into consideration the level of education that one has. This is a higher education institution and usually the more education the higher the pay.
