Overall, I am happy with the opportunity. I think that the foundation and mission is amazing. However, I think there is still tons of room for growth (which the company does believe in). I just feel like I often feel undervalued and stretched thin.

Knowing there is flexibility in my schedule and getting positive feedback from our students.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to have fun but know when we have to buckle down and get work done. We also have people that jump to help the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I frequently receive very positive feedback and am told that I am exceeding expectations or going above/beyond in my role, but it often just feels like words without action. I also believe there should be a cost-of-living adjustment or raise with increase of responsibilities.
