Super fast paced, I never have any down time to even participate in company wide wellness events. I am constantly reminded to improve my speed and accuracy although both are great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less blackout dates & less rules specifically aimed at specific departments. My job has many more rules and regulations than other positions.
