Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I came from a well-respected S&P 500 company and at Nightingale College I feel listened to by my supervisor and the experience has been refreshing because I haven't seen the corporate politics and ego here that I've experienced in the past. It's easier to get things done because leadership cares.

My experience has been amazing. I love what i do and the people I work with. It isnt perfect but I do feel the organization gets better every year. They encourage me tl be better too sk we are all on this journey together.

I have loved working for the college. However, sometimes the college goes off in directions without much research or thought and sometimes have to backtrack. It causes confusion and doubt with our learners and collaborators.

Nightingale feels like home to me, and I am grateful to work in an environment that allows me to be a whole person and not just a cog in a machine.
