I get challenged and supported and those things matter the most to me. I also like that I can take time off without too much hassle. I feel heard by my superiors.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really enjoy working here. Again, being in this culture is different than anywhere I have ever worked. The culture is about the whole person. I am thankful for that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am instrumental in furthering education for our future nurses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The webinars we have, the options we have for benefits, the matching 401(k), and matching HSA funds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has each other's back. We uplift each other and help each other through some difficult things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The thing I love the most is flexibility. I also love the culture in that it is supportive and encouraging.

My team is amazing. We can hold each other accountable, while offering a lot of support to each other. We help each other become better versions of ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and how the team goes about trying to ensure that the company is growing smoothly and steadily. I also like some of the things that have been implemented.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is great. I also like being able to bounce ideas off my team to ensure we are delivering the best that we can to the learners. I also like being creative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an aura of support and guidance here. We celebrate the wins, and help each other at the times of loss. We have positive reinforcement. It is truly unlike anywhere I have ever worked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with how the job market is now, along with the rising costs of inflation and housing, that worker compensation should increase as well - especially if the workers are working at high productivity levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's apparent that my leadership team values me as a person; a human. The support I have received has been life changing and eye opening. I have never had any supervisors, or managers, that cared about me as a person. I'm so thankful to work here with the leadership I have.
