The leadership team encourages and empowers us with resources, promotes a culture of collaboration, and foster an environment where collaborators (employees) feel valued, respected, and encouraged to grow both personally and professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a powerful sense of camaraderie and support, which offers encouragement and guidance to one another. We also have an elevated level of trust which allows us to communicate freely without judgement. We work well together to achieve common goals and tackle challenges effectively.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that as a recruiter, I get to interact with a diverse range of candidates and colleagues. My role is to bring in talented individuals who align with our mission, vision, and values, help to build teams of caring and strong educators and who will be training our future nurses professional.
