Leadership routinely asks for collaborator feedback and suggestions and actually puts them into practice, when possible/appropriate; uses data to determine appropriate organizational next steps; doesn't "change" just for the sake of changing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaborators (employees) are notably energized instead of burned out. There is a strong focus on employee wellness and creating/maintaining a positive, healthy work environment. Nightingale really "walks the talk" when it comes to its organizational values.
