I love the core values and mission of Nightingale , I have gotten to hear about some of the leaderships background and experiences in their life and how far they have come. They are caring people who want to do good for others
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how each manager has challenged me. It was not easy at times, but I find myself being able to manager life problems more easier, my mindset more stronger and discipled. I can cope better with life situations. I am getting better in my role.
