The support I have from co-collabs and management. The autonomy I have to do my work without being micro-managed. I am trusted.

We have personal relationships that extend beyond work. Our 1:1s are often a place for us to get to know each other and develop understandings that go beyond work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very likeminded despite being from all different walk of life. We all care about people regardless of race, or politics. We all have one goal in common - our learners and the wellbeing of ourselves and each other.
