I have had a great experience here. Its not perfect, there are times I am stressed about slow seasons, and job security due to kpis, but no job is, and I am glad for places like Nightingale

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel as though we deserve higher pay considering the cost of tuition here and all the learners the admissions team are bringing in.
