Admissions leadership makes an effort to know the collabs across all levels.

Some collaborators are given platforms and opportunities that others don't seem to have access to. Preferential treatment if you will.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Factoring in the degree level that collaborates have and years of experience in the Admissions/ Recruiting industry even if it weren't here at Nightingale.
