I love that they are constantly running comps and working to make sure we are paid competitively and fairly for the jobs we do.

I like that our leadership team has a clear vision, and a BIG goal. They are open to change, and don't rely on status quo to succeed.

The culture at Nightingale is unlike any previous school I have worked at. We are not competitive with each other, but rather supportive and work cohesively to achieve a shared goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nightingale culture is about growth and transparency. Leaders work to help collaborators grow within their role and team. It is not competitive, and there is a sense of purpose and unity among the team.
