I have never felt more supported at any other company I have worked for. A common theme for new hires is stating that they are "waiting for the other shoe to drop" or for someone to say "gotcha." But I have been here for a couple months now and NG really lives up to the values they hold.

Everyone is understanding and undeniably human. No one person is "more important" that another and everyone here seems to have growth mindsets.

The leadership team is approachable and goes to extra efforts making sure that collaborators (employees) feel welcomed, valued,and comfortable coming to when if need be.

There are so many people from a variety of backgrounds that all provide unique perspectives that contribute to how I grow as an individual and a collaborator at NEG.
