What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like i love the people and my job but the expectations are extremely high. There is passive aggressiveness as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like as coordinators we have such a heavy workload that the position can be broken down into smaller roles. Due to it being all in 1 i feel we are under paid.
