I love how supportive my leadership team is. They are always supporting me in growing professionally and personally. They check in consistently and lend a helping hand whenever I need one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the environment/culture at Nightingale is that they truly want you to be yourself. They want us to give our own unique perspectives and listen to the feedback we give.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that I have a good workday flow. I always have something I can be working on. If I ever get stuck or need help (or even just want to chat), I can reach out to anyone on the team and am welcomed with open arms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all super friendly and it is a very diverse group of employees. There is someone for everyone to get along with on a deeper level. Not only are they kind but they are so intelligent in the higher education profession, I am grateful to be learning from them.
