What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think most of them are kind and caring and want what is best for the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the people. They make it fun we can laugh and joke. We work together and are just there for each other
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have made life long friends working at Nightingale. I spend a lot of my time outside of work with fellow collaborators. Most people on our team are such good people. Kind, caring and just fun to be around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not so much undervalued and our pay has come up so much since I started here but life is so expensive and private schools tend to pay more. I do think we are continuing to keep making it better and for that I appreciate it so much.
