Exactly that. The culture and environment we are in. It has been set up to make us welcomed and gives us the tools that's needed to succeed in our role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team not only is there to help me with anything at any given moment, but they just bring me genuine joy each and every day. I'm able to be myself with them knowing I won't be judged and It makes it enjoyable to come in every day. Go DOUBLETROUBLE!!
