Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay could be a bit higher given that the cost of living is very expensive, esp. in certain parts of the country
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to help someone on their journey to becoming a nurse. I get to work with a company that is supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that you get to work from home and the company trust that you would do your job to the best of your ability. The company is supportive and takes an interest in their workers. There is always room for upward mobility.
