I get to learn and grow every single day. I get to meet people from all over the country, and I also get to do this in my home office. This is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is amazing. They do have expectations, as all leaders do, but they actually care about their collaborators. They want to know what we are going through and how we feel and what we may need help with.
