Since joining Nightingale College, I have learned a lot about myself and how to continue to be a better person inside and outside of work. I have always been driven to self-improvement before coming here, but while being here, I'm growing and developing daily, weekly, and monthly with support.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love making a positive impact on my learners and my fellow collaborators while making meaningful connections with each individual. Seeing others grow, motivating others, and feeling intrinsic fulfillment of helping others brings me happiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of the company culture is the clear investment they make in us as individuals. The health benefits to provide us convenience and access to care even when busy and working. The holistic approaches to self-care. The push for unity across all functions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm so thankful for the PTO and wellness hours. They allow me to recharge when needed, to care for my family because I'm a multigenerational caregiver, and to enjoy fun times with my family. In addition, the health insurance and Personify alone is amazing. I'm so thankful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team actually listens to our feedback. They make sure everyone is heard and supported. I've never worked anywhere with a culture that could even compare to here and I've worked for some big names in various industries. Thankful to be here and love Nightingale!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is so full of energy and diversity. I see so much talent and knowledge around me that I feel so honored to be here. There is a passion across the board for supporting each other. Every collaborator on our team that I've had the pleasure of speaking to is genuine, kind, professional, fun!
