Transparency, the leadership team is very open. I appreciate that most.

Interactions, and team's questions in the chat. It allows everyone to be on the same page and learn together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a livable income. I do think the company should pay just a bit more because of the cost of living is so high. Biweekly pay would also give a better balance between paychecks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our culture is the genuine sense of collaboration and support. Colleagues are approachable, engaged, and willing to help one another succeed, which creates an environment where ideas are valued and teamwork is the norm.

What makes me most happy at work is the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways. I appreciate being in an environment that values development, open communication, and initiative, while also allowing me to use my strengths to support others.
