What I value most about the leadership team is how supportive and clear they are with goals and expectations. They are genuinely invested in us as people?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the most positive thing about our culture is Flame Forward, it's our annual conference where we get together in Salt Lake and it's SO FUN to see everyone in person!
